I moved into Courtside, aside from a few small minor things like a closet door which they told me about right at the start and have assured me they’re going to fix, the apartment is nice. The floors of the above units are paper thin and every slight noise/step can be heard. The grounds are littered with trash. Yes, there are some cars being work on in the parking lot, or late night music from other units, but it's not a pricy place downtown. It's an affordable place that does a pretty good job staying presentable. The Annaline team have been nothing but amazing the entire time.
