THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
December 16, 2024All of their photos are fake concept photos. DON’T BE FOOLED! It is a motel turned apartment. The pool is never open because they won’t get it up to code. There is always dog poop EVERYWHERE. They overcharge and underdeliver on every aspect of this housing. If you can go literally anywhere else, please save yourself the headache. They have switched management companies like 5 times within the 2 years of living there. Absolutely would not recommend.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!
January 28, 2024DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiance and I currently live here and we want to leave as soon as possible. We were told that the our apartment was refurbished, that was a lie. The only new thing in the apartment was the poor paint job that got all over the floor and appliances. We have changed management twice which means no communication and payments that are convoluted and hard to make. We have repairs that are not getting done because no one responds to calls or emails. When we first got here the ...apartment was VERY dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. After the first management change they ramped up construction in an effort to make this place nicer but that meant construction until 10:30 at night.
