March 25, 2025Read This in Its Entirety – Save Yourself Time, Money, and Headaches First off, let me be clear: this is without a doubt the worst apartment complex in the Stone Oak area. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. All the "good" reviews you see? They're either from leasing agents, employees, or people who just signed a lease and haven't yet experienced the nightmare of actually living here. The best part of your experience here is when you first sign up—to throw away your money. Let me ...start with the maintenance: it’s absolutely horrendous. The AC units break down constantly during the hottest months, and when they do, they take days to fix. Just last week, the entire complex was without water for TWO DAYS. That’s not just an inconvenience; it's downright unacceptable. And let's talk about the pests. Roaches, bugs, and even scorpions regularly invade your apartment, all because the building is run down and poorly maintained. If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, you're definitely in the wrong spot. There are so many better apartment complexes nearby—please, do your research and don't make the same mistake. I'm honestly shocked this place is still in business. With so many abandoned units and residents constantly leaving, it feels more like a ghost town than a community. Not a professional complex
November 28, 2024We moved in with our 6 month old and was greeted with roaches. It took 3 different sprayings to get them to clear. Every now and then I still see one. Maintenance will close out work orders without doing the work so be prepared to submit multiple work orders. According to maintenance there are only 4 guys so be prepared to wait to get the work done. Recently we have electrical issues with an outlet that is burnt and maintenance never came out to address the problem after 3 different phone ...calls. Do not move into this complex. Worst managment I've ever encoutered
September 3, 2024Managment is a joke. You will file 3-4 Maintenance Repairs a month. They will close them like they fixed them, but they will not be repaired. The office staff does not care about you or your concerns. You will live with water flooding in for months on end, and mold growing, and maintenance will only fix the issue when you lose your mind in the office with the complex manager and say you are getting a lawyer.
