Too many Extra Fees Upgrades in the home are cheap and they have way too many extra forced fees on you. $3,200 per month is nuts for a small townhome that they refuse to mulch and maintain grounds in.

It's a place to live Rent going up faster than folks income! The latest fiasco is the wifi situation. I love competition but this was not due to competition...not sure what caused it. Information has been terrible. 95% of people stream their content these days so to mess with someones entertainment is NO BUENO! And still to this point, we don't know if this service will be tacked onto our rent or what. Crappy way to do AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY! Last straw....but that's what they want is to raise folks ...

I’ve really enjoyed living here.. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff genuinely cares about keeping the property looking nice. The landscaping is kept up beautifully, and the common areas are always spotless.
One of my favorite things is how quiet and peaceful it is. Even with neighbors nearby, it still feels calm and relaxing.

The property is beautiful and I feel safe in the community common areas such as the fitness center, pool, gas grills, playground, etc. The staff and maintenance crew are the best! They are very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I have been in my apartment for the past 5 years and plan to live here the rest of my life. Quiet and peaceful, and I have found that everyone minds their own business. No Drama!
