Property management issues
October 1, 2021I m absolutely not satisfied with the response i have got on the insurance claims. Actually no response at all. Not sure why the management insists the renters to have an insurance when you are not ready to work on the claims. I had to pay off the balance out of my own pocket and the management did not address any of my concerns on the move out charges inspite of multiple reminders and escalation.Review from Apartments.com
Beware around winter
February 12, 2018Everything here has been great apart from their less than acceptable snow and ice removal. Not all tenant have access to their garage through their apartment. Walking to my car has been pretty terrible. Today I slipped and fell scrapping my leg. Tenant safety during the winter is a low priority.Property Manager Responded
February 16, 2018We do our best to remove snow and ice at the community. Ice is sometimes difficult to manage since it melts and then sometimes refreezes over night. You should have been made aware that if there is an area you use that is icy we will gladly put salt down in that area. I am sorry that you would not made aware of this policy. Next time you have an icy patch in an area where you walk, please call the office and let them know so the issue can be addressed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Best Apartments in Findlay
November 14, 2017My wife and I have lived here for over two years now and we couldn't be happier to call Eastern Woods home. The amenities are always well taken care of, residents are friendly, and the office staff is quick to attend to any concerns you may have. Liza, the Property Manager, even remembers us by name! The neighborhood is very quiet and we have never had any issues with hearing loud neighbors. We love that it's tucked back away from the road to avoid traffic and pollution. There's lots of scenery ...to enjoy and paved paths for taking a walk alone or with pets. My only complaint is that the apartments are built relatively close to a shooting range, so in the summer you can expect to hear people firing guns at targets in the distance, but you get used to it eventually!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent service
September 29, 2016We have lived at this complex for almost two years. The apartments are very nice and well-maintained. Being close to Birchhaven is great because of the walking paths. The property manager, Liza B, is friendly and always responds to any questions or requests very quickly. We have had no issues and highly recommend this community!Review from Apartments.com
Nice but could be wonderful.
July 26, 2016Apartments are very nice. The landscaping company is one of the downfalls for the property. Several residents trim their own hedges, pull weeds and maintain their lawns so they look nice. However, the BIG downfall is the two ponds in front that are to be maintained by Birchaven Nursing Home. They get a rough mow once a year (last year they mowed twice). They look awful, smell, small animals nest, weeds are at least 4' high. Complaints fall on deaf ears at Birchaven. There should be a nice ...view..but all you have is the pleasure of looking at weeds and a nasty pond!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
