I lived here for two years as a college student. While the time living there was pretty ok, the moving out was horrible. I was told they lost my keys and when I had time stamps of me dropping off my keys, they turned up all of a sudden. I was charged for the month of June on top of an extra week from my move out after being told I was only being charged for the week. Contacting the property is not even possible at this point. one will give me answers. No one will even pick up the phone in the office. Office staff have no idea what they are talking about. I was told the steps to move out and when I did, another staff member told me differently about certain things. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT AND MONEY BACK! It is extremely difficult for no reason to contact the office. I set up my direct refund account and still no one has given my money back to me in 3 weeks. I have called just about every day and multiple times a day and no one has answered the phone once. For your own sanity living here is not worth it just because of how bad move out is and the office staff.
