  • Worst Office Staff and Maintenance EVER

    I have lived here for a few years. Today was the final straw. A maintenance man came to my apartment to pick up a fan at 8:45pm. Correct. This is just a drop in the bucket compared to the poor treat and attitude received from the maintenance team and ALL the office staff including the office manager/supervisor. Don't rent here they are horrible.

    The Assistant Property Manager is very rude and abrupt. Don’t expect any professionalism in the leasing office except for the leasing agents.

  • Extra set of keys

    I reached out to danielle today and advised her i needed a extra set of keys Maitenance man rob cutt keys right away and even tried them in my door to make sure they were cutt right…I am very pleased with the service im experiencing here so far …i will definitely be recommending future tenants to the property

    I called to schedule a tour with low expectations(based off my experience in shopping for a apt in the last two months). I must say once I arrived,spoke with the Leasing agent and toured. This property and apartment is beautiful, both truly exceeded my expectations. The Leasing agent was professional, engaging, and informative.   • Disgusting experience

    I could go on and on about the disgusting experience I had here. They changed management and the people are worse. The staff working for this company are TERRIBLE.. They can’t even keep maintenance associates and I am sure everyone is aware of the benefits you get when working for an apt. Overcharged from deposit to rental fees. Gathering a case.. that’s how bad.

  • Expensive For What You Get

    First, don't opt for a ground level apartment. Mice were a big problem when I first moved in and virtually everyone parking their cars can peer right into your entire apartment if you leave the blinds open. The rooms are decently sized, the bathrooms usually have a bit of a drainage problem, but the apartments are fine over all. Nothing to rave about. The biggest problem I have is that the rent increase when renewing is ludicrous for an apartment that already charges more than other apartment ...
    complexes near by. The complex is average at best and the pricing doesn't make sense. The workout center is an absolute joke and the pool is so crowded that I just chose not to go. They give a 24 hour notice before coming into your apartment, but they come to do "routine" inspections more often than they really need to in my opinion and its always during a time I can't be home to see what they are doing. The appliances are old and most of the closet doors are incredibly cheap. The central air/heat does work very well. My lease is up at the time of writing this and the only reason I am potentially staying is because the complex is close to the metro, Foundry Row, and moving is a big hassle.

    Property is poorly managed. Employees are rude. Maintenance does not fulfill requests. Interior and exterior building is dirty, and full of trash. People destroy others vehicles.
