August 26, 2025My two years at Riverlife left me with nothing but great things to say! The property manager Sandy and the maintenance team were always quick to respond if I had any issues, and everyone in the community was welcoming and kind. Unbeatable Stay - Unbeatable Location
April 18, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverlife! Not only were the Management team friendly and professional, they always went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best it could be! Now let's talk about location - the location is second to none! Not only is it within walking distance of so many great downtown amenities, such as the Grand Theater, the 400 Block, and several restaurants, the view of the sunsets overlooking the WI River from our balcony were absolutely stunning! Debatable...
September 17, 2021Positives: Great location and the waterfront is lovely. The common areas are fabulous and well kept! Owner is great to work with. Negatives: The actual apartment is alright - NOT first class; rather quickly built and it shows. Had a water leak on first floor that came from 3rd floor - carpet was soaked, ruined many of my moving boxes, and smelled horrible - took almost two weeks to get corrected, during which one bathroom, one closet, and one bedroom were out of commission. Neighbors are ...mostly great - had an issue with someone taking an item from my patio at 230am; again, on first floor - was promised lots of added security - dusk to dawn lighting, an actual patio door lock (not a stick in the door jam), etc... never received any improvements. Ceilings are thin - can hear every step from above, even though tour indicated otherwise. There's a four drop off patio with no railing - apparently not worth adding railings, which I thought would be added when weather warmed - not the case.
