About The Aqua Marine Resort Style Living

Beautifully finished, superbly maintained, bright cheery apartment homes. Our town homes feature 1 to 3 bedrooms and cozy front porches. They have vaulted ceilings and lofts or a 3rd bedroom on the second floor. Our 3 story buildings feature 24-hour security with elevators and private balconies, and private individual garages with interior access to the building. The Aqua's clubhouse is second to none and is the social hub of our community, featuring a pub room and spacious and comfortable gathering spaces. . The clubhouse also has the main lounge, workout room, pool, whirlpool, and outside sport court. We offer a beautiful rental party room for events. The Aqua's campus feature mature lushly landscaped grounds and a meandering boulevard, as well as walking path around ponds and large open greenspace. Our campus is unlike any in the area. We are across the street from lakefront Lake Erie park with a pier to watch stunning sunsets. There's a beach, and a boat launch too. The Aqua is a fun, casual resort like lifestyle. We are located seconds to I-90/rt 611 exit. Steps to Lake Erie front park with pier, beach, boat launch. We are minutes to area shopping like Avon Commons, and Crocker Park and all area attractions. The Aqua is just a short drive to Cleveland Hopkins airport. Aqua Marine is a pet friendly community. (Fees and restrictions apply). There is no "Dynamic Pricing" here at the Aqua--We don't change our prices daily like other communities. You'll know what you're going to pay today. No mystery, no smoke and mirrors. Fantastic quiet community

I have lived here going on 2 years. I have found the staff exceptional. Even with these trying pandemic times, they have kept us informed, kept the many buildings safe and clean. There has never been any lack of quality and commitment to the residents. I happily renewed my lease for the coming year and was pleased with a very generous renewal. Any other management company could have raised the rents significantly due to the current economic conditions but chose not to. I can't say enough ...

The units are modern, great finishes throughout. So quiet it's almost hard to believe. I love getting out of my car, accessing the building from inside. elevator to the 3rd floor. Hallways clean, well kept. The staff is superb, friendly, accommodating. The other residents are very friendly as well. I could go on and on. The amenities are great as well. It feels almost like you are living in a resort community. Entire property is very pretty.

i moved here from out of town last year Oct 2015 into one of the New buildings. i must say i enjoyed my time living here. the staff is super friendly and if you ever needed Maintenance, they were right there. clubhouse was great with a bar, pool/jacuzzi, tanning and gym. the place was kept very clean and the grounds were well maintained. i lived on the 1st floor but was lucky enough to have someone that lived above me out of town all the time so i barely heard any noise. (we all know how ...

apartment living can be, especially if you have people living above you). Golfing was fun and if you lived there you golfed at a reduced rate. only down side to them being Luxury apartments is they went with very chep appliances. if they would of went with maybe stainless steel combo instead of the white it would of been more luxurious.! i would def recommend this place to new combers looking for apartment living.
