About The Arbor
The Arbor is located in the heart of Schumacher Place along the Eastside of German Village. This new community is across the street from Nationwide Children’s Hospital and described as urban living redefined. The Arbor prides itself on environmental friendliness as well as community engagement. As residents you will enjoy living in luxury from granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryers to the beautiful amenity terrace that includes a pool, grills, fire pits, and lavish seating areas. You just simply won't find a better all around place to live near Columbus. The rent is way more reasonable than anything else in close proximity, you are less than 10 min away from anywhere downtown and Short North, and German Village is a great, walkable neighborhood. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful. This is the first lease I have ever renewed in my life. O could not be happier with the choice that I made to live here.

I have been living here a few weeks now, and I'm in love with my apartment (2 bedroom). The gym is right around the corner - always clean. The bedrooms are the perfect size for me, so are the closets. I'm a social person, and do have a lot of friends/family over - there is always enough parking. They also have a really nice, and big community room with a pool table, and a kitchen which they used for a Super Bowl get together - it was neat. So far I've only spoken to Tessa, and Paloma. This place is a dream place for me. It’s walking distance to a cool gym (you get the membership for dirty cheap) and the property managers are so quick to respond to things. Trash valet is clutch and everything is super clean. It feels like home to me. I get updated through email on things that happen and everyone is so nice. I was one of the first tenants at the Arbor and have enjoyed the experience even though I moved in while construction was going on. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Now that construction is complete, I can honestly say that it was worth the wait and also a joy to watch while everything came together. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. We also have wonderful amenities. I’m happy to live here!
