if you get a down stairs unit expect to always have some sort of noise on in your place in order ti drowned out the noise from above. Dont expect any type of landscaping, ever. Expect to see people digging through the dumpster at ALL hours of the day and you may even get to see people leaning over your patio to check out what kinds of things they can help themselves to. Hope you're handy because nothing gets fixed properly, just good enough. I am leaving this place because all the bums and ...
