Roach Infested - 2016 to 2018/Present (?)

Lived in the apartment for two years. Great location and nearby amenities. The apartment itself looks clean and nice and the maintenance staff there are friendly and timely, but MAN there are roaches coming out of every nook and cranny. They’re hard to see on the dark hardwood floors but at least 10 times everyday I’d catch one crawling on the floor, falling from the ceiling, running across my kitchen counter and underneath my microwave, dishrack, and toaster. They did exterminations twice a year ...
which was a pain to prep for and the roaches always kept coming back. Beware of this place. It needs to be shut down and fully exterminated properly. Left because it became mentally exhausting trying to keep everything clean and being paranoid about seeing those little suckers crawling everywhere. When we moved out, dead roaches in the dishes. Mind you, these are German cockroaches so they’re smaller and they procreate like crazy. We had roach motels and they would be FILLED by the end of the day. Absolute horror to experience. Also had bed bugs our first year there, which was taken care of promptly but they didn’t fully die for a whole week. We moved out Spring 2018. I’d check to make sure that the roach problem has been fixed and a written statement stating so. If you happen to see any tenants walking by, ask them about it. Otherwise, hard PASS.
