However, whenever things were resolved, they never glazed my tub. So I have stains inside of my bathtub. I have numerous of yellow stains on my carpet and in the kitchen. I informed Cathy about it and yet she did nothing! This past weekend I noticed there was mold growing in my dinning room and that the floor was extremely wet. I told Cathy about the issue on September 6, 2016 before I went to work and I showed her pictures of what I was seeing. She insured me that the maintenance workers would go into the apartment and take care of everything. When I got home yesterday, I noticed nothing was done to my apartment! The mold was still there and it actually started growing to another section. I went into the office today (09-07-16) and told Cathy that nothing was done. Cathy lied to my face! She advised that Billy went into the apartment and treated the area. However, another worker advised that Billy claimed he did not see anything when he went into the apartment. Cathy advised me that they had pulled up the carpet and treated the area. She said it was not mold and that it was mildew. Mildew is not black, MOLD IS! She told me that my carpet needed to be cleaned and that she would have that done. I showed her the pictures and she said she would go in there today. My question is, if Billy stated there was nothing there when he went into the apartment yesterday, how could they have treated my apartment? No one called me today to let me know what was going on. I had to call and ask what the next steps were. I was advised by Sonya that there was a pipe (to the AC) that had come undone and that the padding underneath my carpet was extremely wet, filthy, and needed to be replaced. She advised they pulled up the carpet and is going to replace the padding and treat the area for mold, and have the carpet cleaned.

Just about every day there is an repair issue with either my toilet bathroom sink or kitchen sink. I am sick of tired of paying rent but my apartment is not worth the money
