Amazing New Management!
June 26, 2025The New Management Aperto is Great! They are better than the previous management company. Noemy is the new manager and she is phenomenal! She listens and responds quick to your questions and or concerns if any. She makes us feel comfortable and at home how anyone should really feel. There has been astonishing renovations throughout the entire property! The pool is incredibly maintained! My unit is spacious and the open floor plan is convenient for a family with small children, bedroom size is ...better than other apartments I’ve lived in and the balcony sizes are incredible! Charged additional 3 weeks rent after moved out
August 3, 2019I moved to arbors to try and save some money, but it ended up costing me more in the long run... The office staff is nice, but not a fan of cliff warren investments. Also, quite noisy. Neighbors partying upstairs until 4am each Thursday and most saturdays. Glad I’m done with it. Oh and parking is abysmal. Find somewhere else...Review from Apartments.com

October 3, 2018I'm not gonna ask for much from an apartment complex but this place could care less for you once you have already signed and contracted the friendly staff turn into not so friendly people. infested with roaches, regular complaints about anything from office and neighbors, bad parking but that's mostly everywhere, and car break-ins but if you're ok with that then you been warned.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015This apartment complex is perfect for the college student or small family. Pet friendly environment with friendly staff willing to help with anything as long as you ask. The apartment is located on a dead end so not alot of through traffic. Located by the Santa Ana trails fun to take your pets on walks or even just for a nice stroll on Sunday.
