Staff are Amazing
May 23, 2024I moved in about a month ago and I absolutely love it. Since moving to Nebraska in 2021 I have moved every year. I do not plan on moving anywhere else any time soon. Management is absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love Myles. He works with you and if you have issues he is always quick to fix them. Maintenance is great, they respond very quickly. Rent is the cheapest I have found anywhere in south Sioux City that allows pets. I like how spacious the apartments are even with a 1 bedroom 1 bath. New move in.
April 17, 2023I recently moved here from Virginia. I moved into this community sight unseen as I was 1200 miles away. The staff here are the best part of the community in my opinion. Myles was my contact through the whole thing and was very helpful from start to finish. I was able to correspond with him via phone and email and completely resolve all steps in the process. Upon arriving I was pleased with the accuracy of the pictures on the website and the cleanliness of the apartment. It was move in ready and ...all i had to do was go over my paperwork with Myles and submit my payment. The grounds are very family oriented and quiet. So far I have had a 5 out of 5 experience. If you are looking to relocate like me or tlyou are just looking for a great place to live, i recommend the Arbors.Property Manager Responded

No notice to enter
March 17, 2023They come for pest control unannounced. There is nothing but noise all the time. Staff is friendly but don't do their job. No one is cleaning or maintaining the property.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place
December 29, 2022Loud, dirty, snow not removed for days. There are apartments with several families living in one apartment. Trash is strewn all over the lawn. They do not give the 24 hours you are required notice before entering your apartment. It takes months to get anything fixed that breaks. Children will bang on your windows with rocks. July 26, 2015The Arbors Apartments is a great place to live, I moved into the Arbors in 2012 to current with my family. We have a 3bdr, 2b, 1 car garage, and it's very spacious also have a fitness room and a pool but the one thing I love is the quietness I love it here.Review from Apartments.com
