Lived here for about 4 years and will be renewing our lease again for another year. The management is amazing-they know you by name and are quick to address any concerns. The maintenance men are legends & fixes everything within hours. It’s a great complex for the price & the location is super convenient being close to the DFW airport. Highly recommend, I love it here!

Older complex. No discounts for long term tenants. Laundry rooms on porch which saves inside space however the rooms are not insulated so pipes will freeze.

Good place to live Gold staff It offers cozy, pet-friendly 1-2 bed apartments with great amenities like a pool & grilling stations. Convenient location near DFW, but some noise & maintenance issues.
