September 11, 2025Lived here for about 4 years and will be renewing our lease again for another year. The management is amazing-they know you by name and are quick to address any concerns. The maintenance men are legends & fixes everything within hours. It’s a great complex for the price & the location is super convenient being close to the DFW airport. The property is surrounded by lots of mature trees, giving it a cozy, neighborhood feel. The apartments are reasonably spacious with decent floor plans, though some units could use updates. June 24, 2025This is an excellent experience, I would say. I have been living here with my family since I arrived, and I have never felt any disturbance or fear. We are all enjoying our stay here.
