April 3, 2025The dirtiest place I have ever lived. Elevators always broke, Mold infested, paper thin walls, Very rude prop mgr's - revolving door,big package theft issue, golf balls hitting cars randomly, bed bugs, mouse poop in laundry room, Does not plow well in winter, like to go in unit for random annual inspections, screens missing in laundry room-window open allowing critters,bias against pets and literally make you pay through the nose, the will evict if they decide they do not like your pet(Check ...lease). They do an average system with utilities which is down played, again you will PAY. SO much more so little room.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
