DO NOT MOVE HERE*
I was a resident of the Arbors for 4yrs, until I had to leave early due to noisy neighbors preventing me from sleeping. Slamming doors, loud t.v., loud music, loud conversations at 1,2,3.am, or whenever they decided to get quiet. I made complaints to the office, but the disturbance did not stop. From January, until I moved a few weeks ago the neighbors were a problem. Within the time I called apartment security, the police to which they did not open the door when the police ...
showed up, and provided proof via recordings of the noise. Adding, not only were they noisy, but their company that would visit as well, and prior to me putting in my notice to leave, their family moved on property. Well, due to me having to leave 3 months early just so I could have peace for a place I'm renting, I am now being penalized $2,015. According to the office staff, Josie the district manager, advised I needed to provide a 60 day notice, and not 30 day to receive my deposit back "per the lease." I find it interesting that there are people on property not abiding by the lease by disturbing their neighbors, which per the lease states that you can not, but yet I am facing a penalty for enacting my right to a peaceful environment, and forced to move. So at what point does the lease matter? While living on property, or only when you are forced to move because your issue is not properly resolved? Also, had I stayed and complained about the noise, due to the residents family moving on property how would that affect my safety? I also need to add, that last summer it took them 3 months to fix my air conditioning during those triple digit temps. My advice, if you are looking to move here, DON'T!

When I moved in 2 management's ago this was a nice friendly community to live in. Nice and quite, friendly neighbors, nice office staff. We lived our lives respecting each other. Times have changed so many monthly fee added, email telling what we can not do. They give a 3 day notice but yet if you have a problem and they don't get to the are sorry they just have so much to do. Rent went up 300.00 last year and I'm to expect another big jump. I was told that I would have to pay a $50 a day ...
fee for having some curtains on my porch. That it ok for everyone to look into my place if I open the door. No respect of privacy. The office was not welling to help just saying someone said no and will not let me talk to that person. No reply to emails no reply to phone messages. Every week they have something to complain about. Neighbors say the can't keep up with all the rules. I would not move in here if you value your own respect.

Tons of pot smoking, trash everywhere, horrible maintenance (the maintenance guy yells at residents), used condoms in parking lot. Used to be a nice place to live. Not anymore.

New management (CAF) is horrible

When I moved here in Aug. '20, it was a great place. Very clean, with neighbors who were here 15 or more yrs. Since CAF Mgmt took over in July/Aug of 2021, this place has gone to pot.
