Theres a real cockroach problem. Rent is too high for that. If you get a 1st floor apartment youre going to hear every move the people above you make. Several air conditioning units are failing and several tenants if not all have to turn thermostat to 60 to grt decent air thats not cold. Just cool. Good people live here but the apartments seem old and worn. The staff is nice and likable but that alone isn't worth the price.

AC has not worked my first 2 weeks being here. They provided a tiny window unit that is not enough to keep my 2 bed apartment cool. The office had pretty poor communication regarding it

The apartment complex is very nice and also very clean and quiet and the ladies in the office are wonderful! Would definitely recommend people to live here

When we moved in our apartment was not cleaned properly, and it took months for maintenance to come fix the things that should have been done prior to moving in. Our move in check list was not taken seriously, and it took several visits to the front office to finally get some things taken care of. After not having to deal with maintenance or the front office for a few months it has been okay.

Still hard to get help from office. They tell us someone will be in the apartment to spray been here almost a year and paying money when no one shows up.

At 4 months in, I have had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of, with in a timely manor. The office staff is very nice and listens to any request needed. The only thing I wish they had was in the online portal to make any requests, there was a way for maintenance/office staff to add working comments.
I also, have a dog and walk her 3-4 times daily and feel very safe doing so.
