April 8, 2025At 4 months in, I have had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of, with in a timely manor. The office staff is very nice and listens to any request needed. The only thing I wish they had was in the online portal to make any requests, there was a way for maintenance/office staff to add working comments. I also, have a dog and walk her 3-4 times daily and feel very safe doing so.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RECOMMEND
March 13, 2025I’ve been here for almost 6 Months and breaking my lease already! These apartments are so raggedy and old and smell bad from plumbing! I can’t use my bathroom in my room cause it will overflow. Can’t even use the sink or dishwasher without it overflowing and toilet water getting on the carpet in my room!! This has happened multiple times and I’m sick of it. Called themselves fixing it in October 2024 but it’s still happening. And then the bugs!!! I have to be my own pest control cause they don’t ...come! I have to spray my whole apartment and they say pest control come EVERY WEEK cause these apartments are infested with roaches!Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2025Everyone here, every neighbor has been very polite and kind. I had my car hit and run in our parking lot. It was someone speeding through the parking lot way to fast and totaled my car. Realistically, putting way more speeding signs orneven speed bumps would really help. I am in building 48 and we need a few over here. I also did have some minor issues with noise after 10pm, and also I once had a Instacart order stolen from my porch before I could get to it. I do feel like the community is nice ...though, and everyone has been very polite. I also had a great experience with the front office.Property Manager Responded

December 28, 2024Of course this is only my first day. I absolutely love the layout of my apartment. I can tell the maintenance staff is extremely overworked and the few items I need fixed or repaired will get taken care of eventually. But nothing is an extreme emergency..Property Manager Responded

December 14, 2024The staff is very warm and friendly. I love the amenities and look but I have a massive issue with maintenance. They don’t afford enough time to the jobs/work order. It’s like they just rush through. Maintenance definitely needs work but overall a nice place.Property Manager Responded

December 12, 2024Decent community, but not well lit and is difficult to navigate (especially at night.) The response and resolution for maintenance issues, including emergencies, is SEVERELY lacking and often takes multiple reports and phone calls. Grounds are kept relatively clean. The dumpster area is always a mess and is littered with glass, nails/screws, and other debris. Trash Fairies are awesome and do an excellent job given the dumpster situation. My neighbors are usually courteous and quiet. The front ...gate is not operational because the Neanderthals who live among us don’t know how to drive. I’d liked to see more speed bumps because some people drive far too fast while children and animals are out there living. Overall my experience isn’t bad and these items are nit-picky (except for maintenance response/resolution. That’s a huge problem!)Property Manager Responded
