June 16, 2025When we moved in our apartment was not cleaned properly, and it took months for maintenance to come fix the things that should have been done prior to moving in. Our move in check list was not taken seriously, and it took several visits to the front office to finally get some things taken care of. After not having to deal with maintenance or the front office for a few months it has been okay.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2025Still hard to get help from office. They tell us someone will be in the apartment to spray been here almost a year and paying money when no one shows up.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2025At 4 months in, I have had a couple maintenance issues that were taken care of, with in a timely manor. The office staff is very nice and listens to any request needed. The only thing I wish they had was in the online portal to make any requests, there was a way for maintenance/office staff to add working comments. I also, have a dog and walk her 3-4 times daily and feel very safe doing so.Property Manager Responded
