A Hard Pass
October 31, 2018The Arch is not well maintained and maintenance requests never get filled because they only have one repair person to deal with hundreds of repair request. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. If your neighbors smoke, your apartment will smell like smoke. The laundry room is hardly ever clean and there are not enough washers and dryers. There are 4 of each for the complex. Not worth the price.
October 28, 2017Lived here my senior year of college because it was cheap. Honestly would’ve rather paid a few hundred dollars more a month and lived somewhere nicer. Never took care of maintenance issues. Our upstairs bathroom was missing part of the sub floor which never got fixed in the year I lived there. Cops were there all the time. Someone did a hit and run on my car while it was parked outside my apartment. Then after moving out they tried to charge me for stuff that was already broken when I moved in. ...Definitely not worth the money savedRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth your time.
June 29, 2017I often picked up used needles and other trash while walking my dog. There were at least two instances of gun shots in my time in APT 92. Many instances of drunken fights. Also the AC units are not serviced/replaced when they should leading to ridiculous electricity bills. I would recommend anywhere else but there.Review from Apartments.com
Great for college kids on a budget
August 23, 2015I am a current resident of Colonial Crest apartments and I enjoy living here. I'm a senior in college and for the little money I do have I think it's very affordable and ideal for students. There were a few little maintenance issues that I ran into during the beginning of my stay but other than that I have no big complaints. Honestly I enjoy the fact that it's a little further from campus, because the closer you are to campus the more sirens and noise there is. Even though is a little distance ...from campus, the 6 bus is very fast and convenient which makes up for the distance. Another plus about this apartment is that there is 24 hour security if not police officers watching over the complex. My favorite thing about this apartment is the option to have your apartment already furnished. The rent difference between furnished and unfurnished was less than $100 which also makes it an ideal place for students with a budget and not a lot of furniture already. Decent Apartment, Great Location
August 16, 2015The apartment complex looks a little rough from the outside, granted it is a college town, but the inside is pretty nice. The cost is great if you are a college student having to pay for your own rent. The pool is very nice and the staff are friendly, as well. The campus bus runs through here so you don't have to take your car and it is pretty close to campus if you want to ride your bike.Review from Apartments.com
