September 14, 2023Windows are super thin you hear all the city noise from festivals, car honking, car break screeching, people yelling, and gotta love 5am wakeups from dumpster trucks. Should have paid 1/2 of what they are asking. So many better apartments than this one.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management and Response to Maintenance Requests
April 24, 2023The building is decent and in a good location, however I have had a terrible time trying to get a leaking hole in my ceiling fixed. The hole and leak began in October of 2022.... it is now April of 2023 and still not fixed (and still leaking with rainfall). Each time I reach out to management (I've emailed probably 15 times and submitted countless maintenance requests), I get empty promises that the issue is "being worked on" and that the contractor is "getting around to it." Half the time ...management doesn't even respond to my emails, and I've had to walk down to speak with the property manager in person multiple times, still without resolution. I'm very disappointed with my "luxury apartment" experience with the Arch. Also, the "24/7 security" is present, but asleep most of the night time, so not very effective in preventing non-residents from entering.Property Manager Responded

Amazing property!!!
February 3, 2023The Arch apartments is an amazing property. We love living here. The location is great - right in Logan Square and close to anywhere in Center City. The management and maintenance team are wonderful. They are prompt to respond to a request and are very helpful! The amenities in this building are awesome. It includes a fitness center, washers/dryers in every unit, and a media room with a movie theater screen and recliner movie theater seats! There is a beautiful lounge on the second floor. ...Management has hosted events throughout the year for residents to gather for a quick bite to eat before heading out to work or to meet other new residents, too! Stay Away
April 21, 2021Awful management. Awful unit. Totally misled. Coming from out of state my son rented sight unseen and kept asking for a video. They only sent a few very poor quality photos omitting crucial footage and information. Although they stated ‘obstructed’ view they failed to mention the windows had chicken wire, didn’t open, and this particular unit was so close to the next building he could have touched it. Literally. All you could see out the windows was the wall of a building. No sky, no sidewalk, ...nothing but brick, no kidding. An obstructed view means a building went up across the street and blocked your view of something. Also, floor plan measurements did not seem at all accurate. When he complained about all of the discrepancies they took no responsibility, but offered to move him to a different unit for more money. Bait and switch. He chose to forfeit his lease, before it began, willing to lose his application fee. However, they also kept his amenity fee, whatever the heck that was for, even though he never moved in. Very old building
May 24, 2020Windows were thin so there was always a draft going no matter what season it was. The apartments are very dark and not all the outlets work. The gym in the basement also had no ventilation + spiders EVERYWHERE!! Didn't think management was responsive to the residents and many of us moved out recentlyReview from Apartments.com
Modern apartment in tremendous location
August 10, 2015This is the perfect building if you like to be in walking distance to all the action. With restaurants, museums and Suburban Station in your backyard, there is always something to do! The Comcast Center is across the street so during business hours it can get a little crowded, but this is outweighed by the benefit of being in the heart of center city. Amenities include new appliances, hard wood floors and a washer/dryer in every apartment as well as a gym, media center, lounge open for all ...tenants. For additional security there is a 24 hour doorman on site and a parking garage next door.
