August 20, 2024The staff at The Archer was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in the door. Carmen had the best energy and Shayla was amazing as well as very knowledgeable of the property. I decided last minute to sign my lease and change my move in date and they made it happen. Cassandra made sure everything was perfect so all I had to do was pick up my keys in the morning. March 15, 2022This community is great. I feel safe when in my home or out in the community. Everyone is very friendly. I take my golden to the dog park daily and she loves it. The only thing that I would say is build a child’s playground. I think that would just increase this communities value of being better. The amount of children I see, it would be a great way for them to get outside more. Also when designing the parking lots and layout of building, we need more parking. Since the beginning of June 2021 we ...have had issues with parking. It’s a battle after 7pm.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2021Renter Beware! I will be moving out early. The apartment is new so it looks nice but the quality is poor. At move-in we had bowed floors, leaking plumbing, and unpainted trim. I was missing charges one month and notified the office who was clueless and then they double charged me the next month. I was willing to let that go but more and more problems keep showing up. They have added fees for delivered packages 5$ per day (not in the lease when we signed) and the leasing office will send packages ...back to the sender if the lockers are full (out of all the apartments I have stayed at that is a first). It's a real problem if you travel at all. They did not design for enough parking so parking a long way from your apartment is required if you get home after 5 or have to make a grocery run after work.
