Renter Beware, Hidden Fee's and Uncooperative Management
July 1, 2019The 5 star reviews are not to be trust. I've been here a year and a half, several things have broken down, nothing is energy efficient so you get a bigger electric bill in the summer. Besides that, hidden fees galore, and if they feel like they can get away with it they will do more. Suddenly had a large bill because they snuck in a new charge on my lease renewal and neglected to charge me it for several months, then said that I owe back rent for their accounting mistake. It's all just ...retaliation because I had requested they fix the dishwasher they're supposed to take care of. Seriously, how shady can you get? Beyond that, my car has been broken into as has my mailbox. The parking lot is poorly taken care of with huge pits and gouges in the road along with huge speedbumps. I will say the general maintenance staff is friendly and good at what they do. But management is shady and uncooperative. All in all, I'll be glad to move out. Management like this just takes advantage of the fact it's more expensive to start litigation than it is to pay what they want.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
