October 30, 2024Scheduled a tour, liked it and no one could give me the next steps. Asked for an application and it was like pulling teeth. Very unprofessional asked for a call back no one called. I would have loved to proceed with this apartment mostly because it was brand new however the lack of follow up was a red flag for me.Review from Apartments.com

October 22, 2023I recently moved into this beautiful new apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. This property is an absolute gem, deserving every bit of this review. From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the modern and elegant design- with high-quality finishes that make the apartment feel both luxurious and comfortable. The entire space is thoughtfully laid out, providing natural light and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The maintenance team does a fantastic job of ...keeping the property in clean and pristine condition. The common areas are always spotless. The management team is professional but also seems genuinely caring and responsive to the needs of the residents. It seems like, if you follow the rules here, you’re taken care of. One aspect that will likely be a source of inconvenience is the lack of an online portal for rent payments. In this digital age, it's surprising that such a convenient and secure method of payment isn't available. Having to rely on traditional methods of payment can be inconvenient for many residents, especially those with busy schedules. Truly, I feel fortunate to call this apartment my home, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. Beautiful Property
October 20, 2023I have recently moved into the Archway and love my new apartment. It is truly a luxury building in a great location. The layout is spacious and has ample storage. The soft-close cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, tasteful decor, energy efficient AC units, balcony, and the keyless entry are the little details that make the place special. Just walk into the lobby and see how beautiful the building is. Parking is well lit and safe. The building is pretty ...quiet and the other residents are all so nice. I also love that the building has a gym, community room, and terrace with grills. Antionette and Anne were so communicative and helpful in the application and move in process and Gianna and maintenance have been wonderful now that I am a resident. July 15, 2023Good evening to who it may concern, first off I would like to say to the public and anyone looking for an apartment with quality upscale attractions to so many locations in North Haven. Please come check out The Archway in North Haven. The owner Antoinette and her assistant Anne are some phenomenal women who have so much patience, caring, and admiration for their tenants. I am so blessed to be in safe location, also lovely building which has all my necessities included. I am so impressed with the ...quality and location. I will be spreading the word around town. The Archway is the place to be, thank you again Antoinette the owner and Anne her assistant. You two women rock. The Maintenance crew is exceptional as well. Also their are friendly neighbors as well. Thank you again Anne and Antoinette for everything. It’s my pleasure and honesty to let the public know what exactly is at the Archway.
