Roaches! Car broke in to!
October 31, 2021Only lived here a year, but I don’t tolerate Roaches. Turned on lights 30 minutes after dark and counted a dozen roaches. Mostly small German roaches. Car broke into. Saw 2 huge rats outside. Mgmt said they know, Have traps sat up Not used to this disgusting living.Property Manager Responded

SO glad I chose this place!
May 16, 2019I'm so glad I went from my old apartment to Ashford Ridge. The community is nice, and big but not too big. The units are a PERFECT size. Our 1 bedroom is 800 sqft and it is plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and dog! They accept pets, cheap monthly pet rent, friendly neighbors. The best part that tops it all: is the friendly staff. The office impacts my comfort in a complex because those are the people I report to about problems and Stacy is really friendly and never comes across anyway but ...polite. I haven't got to meet Crystal, but I've spoke to her on the phone before and she is just as nice. Love this place.
