Staff is very kind and approachable. Staff is also very quick to respond. Apartment appliances very nice in good condition. I enjoy the gym very much, it is clean and all equipment works well. The grills are definitely a plus. I like that there are food trucks and different events that happen at the apartment.

I'm waiting to see my first month through before I make a detailed review. So far so good. I just want to wait to get my first rental statement after moving in to make sure everything's on the up and up. But if I had to say something about the property, it's that the staff is extremely kind. I know there's a Miss Heather that has helped me out and Lacey has gone above and beyond to help me out from application to move in. She's been great. The property's beautiful and quiet.

I moved here from out of state, and the leasing staff made what I thought would be a stressful experience, essentially stress free. My apartment was just as nice as it appeared in the photos, and the rent rates helped me stay within my budget, while still getting some pretty great amenities. I would definitely recommend the Arden to people looking to lease in the area

Great community that’s quiet and clean. The office staff are very kind and the maintenance is great. Only complaint is that parking is awful past certain times.
