ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
May 26, 2023Worst place I’ve lived by far. From the minute I moved in I’ve had nothing but problems. The unit they gave me was not the unit that we had discussed. I originally wanted a 2 bed 2 bath and was given a 2 bed 1 bath and the rent is more expensive than the 2 bathroom unit. I have had to continually follow up on work orders to get things fixed. So much so that I’ve had to stop by the office in person daily until they would provide the maintenance service. Problems so far have included: our closet ...bar completely collapsing, broken hot water heater, broken kitchen sink faucet, broken bathtub faucet, and black mold in the bathroom closet. So far the only things that has been resolved is the closet bar (I fixed not them) and the hot water heater, which required multiple follow ups to get them to complete. They still have not fixed my kitchen sink faucet or the mold problem in our bathroom despite it being over a month since they were made aware of the mold. When I went to follow up about the mold problem the property manager couldn’t give me a time frame on when it would be fixed and asked me to leave. I refused to leave until I knew when someone would be coming to look at the problem because I have a young child and dog that live in the apartment as well and I am not going to let it continue to spread and affect our health. She then called the police on me because I was “being hostile”. If you want to live somewhere where they don’t care about your health, safety, or providing good customer service…this is the place for you!Property Manager Responded

Disgusting dump!
March 10, 2021This place is a disgusting dump. Management does not take care of the property. Getting anything fixed or your issues resolved with the management is a complete joke. Mice and roaches live for free. Nothing ever works or gets fixed. Renters beware. Do not trust the online walk-through or showing because that is falsely advertising what those apartments really are. You should drive the property first and then you’ll see exactly what we are talking about. The insides of the apartments are Not truly ...updated. Old cabinets countertops are just sprayed nothing in these apartments are new except the paint that’s caked so thick on the walls, the carpets and maybe the floor.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Not living up to the hype
August 24, 2015Overpriced in my opinion. It takes weeks for maintenance to work on your apartments. I've had a fridge that freezes food and a freezer that changes temperature so my frozen food has freezer burn on it and I've been living there almost a year. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of food but no one can seem to fix the fridge. I also have a drawer and entire cabinet that hasn't worked since I moved in that they have never fixed. The grounds stay fairly clean. They charge extra if you want one ...of their renovated apartments. Shouldn't they be renovating their apartments anyway at no charge to the resident?
