July 31, 2025I love this neighborhood. The location is awesome. The maintenance team is the best especially Pavel. Leasing office team was very helpful before the company changes. For today it is very difficult to get a quick and qualified answer to any question, there are problems with payment. So it is stressful for us.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2025As nice as this place is we have had some big issues in the couple months living here. Big one car was broken into in our first month. Most of gym equipment is not working and the pool is always closed it seems. Packages are missing in Luxor also. Lots of dog poop everywhere. July 8, 2025It was good up until just before the 4th of July. Literally CANT pay my rent online. CALLED SEVERAL numbers to talk to someone and can’t get a single person. It’s literally middle of the day/afternoon and the office is “closed” like this is some bs. I’m not paying no late fee due to the lack of them not making it payable anywhere. June 20, 2025I like our apartments, but sometimes there are problems with solving technical problems in them, the staff takes a very long time to respond, they also do not offer any discounts for extending the contract, but only add the cost every year, but no changes occur, the jacuzzi is constantly cold and does not work, the shower head in the jacuzzi was screwed in a couple of months ago, and before that there was just a pipe, everything is not done in a timely manner, one grill was removed from the grill ...area and there are no instructions on how it works, as well as the place for the fire, it is not clear how to use itProperty Manager Responded

June 19, 2025I like this community, the area, the team. My dog especially loves living here. There are amazing park, beautiful apartments area with paw spa and bark park. The Ardent team always helps fast. What about the minuses: the swimming pools are often closed, and the residents are too lazy to scoop after their dogs.Property Manager Responded

June 6, 2025The building was fine besides the water damage to the baseboards. Outside the apartments is quite dirty, the leasing office is not super easy to get ahold of & if you have a problem after 6pm, its impossible. They charged us for every little thing they could, you don't even get free parking, you have to pay no matter what. Trash valet is nice, if you don't have more than one bag of trash, otherwise they won't pick up & they often make a mess of things. They do have a lot of nice things for ...dogs; parks, wash station, trails, ect. But overall, would not recommend to a friend or family member.Property Manager Responded
