It is the best, most well maintained, and efficiently managed property I have ever had the pleasure to reside in. All shared residential spaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly, including the gym and pool area. Maintenance is incredibly on top of their work orders, completing them within 24-48hrs depending on priority. This past Christmas they even showed up same day, literally the day after Christmas. Most people would still be on ...holiday. The staff and neighbors alike create a welcoming and safe environment. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. If you’re looking to connect with people, there’s some kind of event or activity almost every month. I also enjoy the rotation of occasional food trucks that come through. I also love that Argos is overseen by Wesley Apartment Homes, an Atlanta local and family owned apartment management company that has been around for over 25 years. This is important to me because I believe it creates a stronger sense of pride and care throughout their properties, as opposed to being owned and ran by a huge conglomerate. I never thought I’d fall in love with an apartment or its people, but I truly can’t imagine living anywhere else. Argos is the best apartment complex in all of ATL. The management in the office is great, Jerrin is always on top of anything needed, is knowledgeable and always welcoming. It's been great having a team in the office that has been here for a long time, they've helped with requests to make the community or my experience better. The complex is clean, safe feeling and very quiet on a whole. I toured every complex in the area and the Argos offers a ...beautiful new space in a great location. My only complaint would be that the complexes floors/walls are thin, so it's very easy to hear neighbors (conversations and all movements) on the floor above - more so than the three other complexes I have lived in. Amazing Apartment and Management

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with an apartment, and the management team is the absolute best. The property is maintained very well, any issues/maintenance requests are resolved quickly, the amenities are nice, and the location of the apartment is great. Great location, poor construction, and frustrating move-out process
August 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe Argos has an unbeatable location and one of the best apartment gyms in Atlanta. The leasing team is friendly for day-to-day matters. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The building has poor soundproofing — I could hear nearly every step from above. My vehicle was booted multiple times in a designated EV space. While reimbursed for rides, compensation was minimal. The biggest issue came at move-out. I was told in writing that I had until August 2 to pay my balance, but ...my portal access was removed early, and I was initially refused payment. I had to return later, after work, to resolve it — a stressful and unnecessary process for a tenant in good standing. Policies here take priority over resident relationships. January 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThe Argos Apartments are great! I moved from out of state and was nervous about apartment hunting. When I found Argos, I knew it was a great fit. Not only is my apartment clean, and comfortable, the facilities are top knotch, and I'm greatly looking forward to the salt water pool in the summer. The location is excellent and the area is very safe. I love that I can walk to a nearby shopping area to get groceries and food. Not only that, but their customer service is fantastic. I'd moved into the ...apartment complex a few months ago and was having trouble with my upstairs neighbors being too loud throughout the night. I reached out to the property managers, and they were quick to respond and work with me on resolving the issue quickly. Their customer service is amazing, and they are always friendly, easy to reach, and extremely helpful with any questions which helped a ton with my moving process, and helping me settle into my new place.
