January 17, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI just got into Gateway two days ago, I am settled in now. Maintenance helped me into my room at almost midnight which shows emergency service works well. A little mix-up on keys meant I needed new keys cut and this was done at no additional cost to me. Had a long flight so I am yet to fully participate In most of the community's activities like yesterday Thursday Soda meet. Gateway is a centrally located apartment. Emails to customer care works well with most times no need to visit the front ...office. I did visit the front office yesterday and I was promptly attended to.
