The train is noisy but overall the neighborhood is quiet. I feel like this was a good choice in apartments because of how close it is to campus.

The staff service was good and people at the leasing office were always eager to work with anyone's concerns and issues. However, they don't follow through inspections to know if an apartment is kept neat or not, before a new resident moves into an apartment where previous residents have continued living for a prolonged period of time.

I just got into Gateway two days ago, I am settled in now. Maintenance helped me into my room at almost midnight which shows emergency service works well. A little mix-up on keys meant I needed new keys cut and this was done at no additional cost to me. Had a long flight so I am yet to fully participate In most of the community's activities like yesterday Thursday Soda meet.
Gateway is a centrally located apartment.
Emails to customer care works well with most times no need to visit the front ...
office. I did visit the front office yesterday and I was promptly attended to. I've got some five months ahead to give a full picture but it has started well.
