Dirty Property
September 29, 2025I just recently moved out from here and couldn’t wait to be honest and the trash dumpster is always full with trash sitting on the ground,parking lot is always dirty like no one sweeps it because it always trash through out lot, the dog litter trash cans are always full to where it’s overflowing to the ground , and the breezeway are super saturated and filthy because no one cleans or sweep on a routine because stairwells still has trash on them from when I moved in, bugs and spider webs, dead ...bugs in the windows and the rails spiders crawling around and I always have bug issues in my apartment, totally unsanitary because it needs to be washed and swept regularly, embarrassing to invite people over because they have to see this landfill mess. Amazing!
July 10, 2025This complex and manager Tera have been beyond good to me and my family, and honestly the residents. There’s always an activity, food, arts and craft, holiday celebration of some sort (and I mean ALL holidays) going on in the front office. I have enjoyed myself here so much, my goal was a clean, quiet, safe property and they checked of those points and more. I have only ever stayed at rental properties for a year or sometimes less but I am officially on my second year here! It’s a small property tucked away on a hillside just a stones throw from every kind of service, shopping, and dining desired. The units feature spacious rooms and patios. The features are high-end. The rent rivals inner city new properties, but with far more space. The complex is well kept. The management and staff are unparalleled. Absolutely Stunning
October 25, 2024From the gorgeous LVP floors to the sparkling new appliances, these apartments are first cabin! The staff is also amazing--from leasing agents to maintenance--which is rare to find these days in an apartment community. There is a super spacious area in the back of the apartments that's perfect for dogs to run around--which there are plenty of here. The office puts on social gatherings periodically as well to allow for the neighbors to get to know one another. I love it here!Property Manager Responded

Best Apartments
June 20, 2023Hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in to date! It’s a very small and quiet complex and if you like steps, all the balconies on the back side have great views from what I can tell. The property manager & leasing consultant are lovely ladies! They help with everything you need and also show the most care to us residents.Property Manager Responded
