I am a former tenant of The Arlo and wanted to share my experience. The management is focused on profit, raising rent when you renew and creating loopholes in the lease to extract more money. There were multiple car break-ins, including mine and several others in one night, yet they take no responsibility and refuse to install security cameras around the property. rent a garage spot, the price increases every year. The complex is noisy, and the smell of weed seeps through the walls. On top of that, you’re responsible for paying all utilities, including sewage, while your property remains unsafe. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.
