Love the property so far. The community is friendly with doggos to complement. The amenities are beautiful and the move towards smart home technology is a plus, not to mention the availability of fiber. You will get mild street noise (but you are near downtown). I’m a huge fan of how beautiful the dark interiors are and how elegant the newer finishes are. I do wish the construction was more dense or thicker carpet, as I can feel my upstairs neighbor’s heavy footing and get rattled anytime ...
something heavy is dropped. The property staff is extremely friendly and have been the biggest reason I enjoy staying here so far. I just can’t wait for the new construction across the street to be finished.

Since moving out at 18, every landlord I had was abusive and breathed down my neck. They took advantage of my vulnerability and my age. This is the first time I've felt safe and calm in my own apartment. I don't know how to emphasize how hard it was to find this and how much that means to me. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Overall, I am pleased and love my unit, but there are many loose ends here that need to be tightened up to make it a better place to live. Everyone keeps telling me how it used to be so much better here and how things have gone downhill and though I do not know how it "used to be" there is plenty of evidence that things are not maintained or taken care of as they should be.

Residents are kind and the inside is kept clean. The resort style pavilion, clubhouse, and pool area are the best! The location is a 15 minute walk or drive to just about every part of the city.

Amazing building, everything is very close without being too close to the craziness of downtown. Amenities are great and such is the community, also, customer service from the leasing office is one of the best I’ve seen! Definitely recommend this place!
