October 1, 2025Love my apartment and love how close it is everything. Amenities could be better just because sometimes they aren’t always working. During the summer the outdoor area is very nice, but it would be nice to heavle to use the fire pits we have. Also the pool was warm at the beginning then the heat turned off and it got really cold again. Just some little things that could use a little more work. July 7, 2025Absolutely love living here but unfortunately other tenants are very disrespectful of the community. People leave dog poop in the hall and walkways, dog pee or drink spills in the elevator, food delivery at the front door for days/weeks, my packages have gone missing from out front of the building, people disrespect the pool area and throw chairs into the pool or leave food out by the pool area, they drink alcohol in the pool and then let the cans sink to the bottom, people smoke in their ...apartments and balcony’s, and there’s never any decent parking as people have multiple cars over every night.
