    Absolutely love living here but unfortunately other tenants are very disrespectful of the community. People leave dog poop in the hall and walkways, dog pee or drink spills in the elevator, food delivery at the front door for days/weeks, my packages have gone missing from out front of the building, people disrespect the pool area and throw chairs into the pool or leave food out by the pool area, they drink alcohol in the pool and then let the cans sink to the bottom, people smoke in their ...
    apartments and balcony’s, and there’s never any decent parking as people have multiple cars over every night. We love the apartment itself and how attentive maintenance is but as for the people that live here, it’s been rough.

    Below expectations. Too much noise late at night from neighbors and people outside. Garbage disposal staff provide false reports. Management does not have proper written or verbal etiquette and rude quite frankly.
