December 17, 2025Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here. My residency started off a bit rocky due to some false noise complaints, which was frustrating at first. However, management took the time to look into the situation, and the issue has since been fully addressed and resolved. Since then, things have been smooth and much more enjoyable. The community is well maintained, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure a fair and comfortable living environment. October 22, 2025I am a resident for more than a one year now and everything about The Artisan at Robinson is fantastic. It offers a great balance of modern design and convenience. The units are clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with all required amenities. The staff are friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any requests. The location is ideal -- close to airport, major shops & restaurants, Also, have shuttles and public transport for hassle free commute.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025Love my apartment and love how close it is everything. Amenities could be better just because sometimes they aren’t always working. During the summer the outdoor area is very nice, but it would be nice to heavle to use the fire pits we have. Also the pool was warm at the beginning then the heat turned off and it got really cold again. Just some little things that could use a little more work.
