It’s a great location with so many things so close. The sound insulation isn’t great but most residents are very considerate. There could be some improvements in the amenities like adding a playground for the kids and some more machines in the gym like a squat rack/bench press. However, management took the time to look into the situation, and the issue has since been fully addressed and resolved. Since then, things have been smooth and much more enjoyable. The community is well maintained, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure a fair and comfortable living environment.
