May 26, 2016The updates are good but there is only so much that can help. Not at all what the community is advertised as. Rough area. Unless you want eyed down by tons of people sitting outside of their front doors each time you leave your apartment, save yourself the time and avoid these.Review from Apartments.com
Arts Apartments
August 16, 2015I love these apartments, they're creatively styled and painted. Each unit a different color. These apartments are chic and modern and it's surrounded by family orientated activities from the Cincinnati Museum Center, to our historical Music Hall. We have The Boys/Girls Club and the Cincinnati Recreation Centers right in our backyard.Review from Apartments.com

September 19, 2013I would not recommend this complex to anyone unless you want some roaches and bedbugs to sleep with at night. The first day after move in, I started to clean up and I literally found THOUSANDS of bedbugs. However, the problem was quickly resolved and I did not have to pay a dime. The insides of the apartments are actually really nice, but the pictures for the outside are extremely misleading. the place is trashed outside.
