As a single man and a student in Primary Flight Training at NAS Whiting Field, Ashborough was the perfect place to live. The process to apply and get in was easy. The apartment itself was a perfect size. I did not have any major issues while there, and the small issues that did arise were very quickly addressed by the maintenance staff and resolved.
The value for the price is exceptional. This was the first place I have lived where I did not have to pay separately for internet, and the internet ...
was fast and consistent (on a couple of rare occasions the internet went unavailable, but those were very few). The location close to NASWF (about 4 miles away) was ideal. While the apartment I lived in did not have washer/dryer installed, it did have hookups, and maintenance was great about helping to get those installed.
The property itself is appealing and conducive to the rigorous studying required of flight students. Overall, I very highly recommend Ashborough Apartments.
