    The place is spotless. Staff are friendly and professional. I am so comfortable in my apartment. The maintenance staff are very good. The lobby is beautiful with the coffee bar and fireplace. I also used the printer and computer.

    When I first moved in, this place was great! Over the years I have become disappointed. Rent has gone up, but amenities were not working in the pool area, i.e. grills, fire places all year (2025 season). People allowing their dogs to bark all day, parking to name a few

    Been here going on 3 years. Quiet and pleasant. Love how much space there is. The parking garage is a plus to avoid weather. Walking distance to the mall a plus. The inside is always clean and a great place to hang my hat.

    An amazing place to live with a great gym and pool. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely top-notch. Couldn't say enough positive about them. So, why the 4 stars? The sound proofing is essentially non-existent, and that also carries over to insulation. It takes a lot to keep it warm in the winter or cool in the summer, and the electric bill shows that. Why they opted to go cheap on the floors, doors, walls, and windows is a decision I will never understand. They were upfront abhout the ...

    Great location. Close to retail shopping, medical facilities, & restaurants. The grounds are immaculate. Leasing office personnel are always friendly & helpful.     Beautiful grounds, immaculate grounds and buildings. Quite! Lots of friendly folk and dogs. Loved having my dinner out on the patio. Parking is plentiful. Lovely scent in the halls. I am very happy here after 1 week.
