      We have been staying here for past 8 years. The location is perfect, close to the mall, whole foods, and some nice restaurants. But I do wish there was a playground for kids.

      We love staying here, it's a beautiful place and quite relaxing. It's close to many places especially mall and whole foods. Wish there was a playground for kids though!!

      The location is convenient for public transportation, shopping, restaurants, and many essential businesses. My apartment is in outstanding condition, and the residents are friendly and kind. Perhaps my favorite element is the staff – all of them. I have only praise for The Ashby.

      The noise levels aren't ideal, both with the landscaping outside and the lack of good noise proofing inside for above and in the hallway. The person who showed me the apartment did tell me about this when I asked, so I don't hold that against the property. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are great to have on the property, the landscaping is immaculate, the staff and maintenance people are helpful and friendly, and the community events are always a nice touch. It's a community I do recommend to ...
      people and have in the past as well (including to someone else who moved here and enjoys it to this day).

      The surrounding is beautiful and it’s convenient to reach a lot of places. The staff is very nice and living here is very comfortable. I always appreciate and enjoy the residential events like bingo afternoons or a Christmas party.

      We have been staying here since 2018 and it's been amazing. The location is perfect, close to the mall, whole foods, and some nice restaurants. The only thing I believe that is missing is a small playground for the kids.

      I enjoy living here except for the fact that I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. I also would like to have a real balcony which I was not aware of when I moved in. I thought it was a true balcony and had already signed the lease. Better enforcement of pool rules like drinking alcohol or glass bottles sometimes people bring their entire extended family to the pool. The water could be colder once the weather gets hot. I have lived here for 5 years so I would say I like it.

      I've been here for almost two years and I've never had a bad experience. I love my neighbors, I feel save, the property is always well maintained. The front stuff is SO nice and knows you by name. There are some strict rules but it's for the sake of keeping the property nice and it works!

      While some t hings could be better (noise levels due to cheaper materials used in building, for example), there is a lot to love about living here. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are all great attributes of the community, as well as the friednly staff and top-notch maintenance workers they have here. I've recommended it to other people in the past and continue to do so.

      I’ve had a great experience living at The Ashby. The location is excellent and very convenient for daily needs. The pool and gym are both well maintained and a great bonus. I would recommend living here.
