Ongoing sanitation issue
March 28, 2026I have lived here for over 5 years and this is by far the worst situation I have experienced. For the past 2 months, there has been a consistent sanitation issue directly outside my unit involving two dogs repeatedly using a nearby patio area as a bathroom. This has been happening every single day. The odor is strong enough that I cannot leave my windows or door open without it affecting my apartment. This has impacted my ability to comfortably live in my own space. I reported this issue ...multiple times and while I was told steps were being taken, the problem continued on a daily basis. The situation was not resolved for an extended period of time despite it being a clear violation of community policies and basic sanitation standards. I documented the conditions with photos and video because of how consistent the issue has been. No resident should have to deal with something like this on a daily basis. Avoid This Place – Zero Security & Awful Management
January 30, 2025If you value your safety and belongings, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This apartment complex has zero security, and package theft is a daily occurrence. Management is fully aware of the issue but does absolutely nothing to address it. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re the problem for even reporting it. Guest parking is another nightmare—poorly designed and completely impractical. On top of that, theft and break-ins are rampant, and there is no real effort to improve ...security. The lack of care from the office team is shocking. Stay away unless you want constant headaches and stolen deliveries.Property Manager Responded
