Avoid This Place – Zero Security & Awful Management
January 30, 2025If you value your safety and belongings, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This apartment complex has zero security, and package theft is a daily occurrence. Management is fully aware of the issue but does absolutely nothing to address it. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re the problem for even reporting it. Guest parking is another nightmare—poorly designed and completely impractical. On top of that, theft and break-ins are rampant, and there is no real effort to improve ...security. The lack of care from the office team is shocking. Stay away unless you want constant headaches and stolen deliveries.Property Manager Responded

Major safety/security issues
May 18, 2024Asher is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever rented at! Unless you are waiting in the mail room when packages are delivered, 4 out of every 5 packages that you order will get stolen and the front office will act like you are inconveniencing them when you report it. My car got broken into in the apartment garage and the front office did absolutely nothing and informed me that they only have cameras in the entrance and exits so basically tenants are free to just walk into the garages and ...break into other cars without consequence. They brush these incidents under the rug and act like everything is ok. They have said they have improved security but outside of additional signs I haven’t noticed much and break ins have not decreased.Property Manager Responded
