Poorly managed
September 15, 2023The property is conveniently located by major grocery stores and shops but it is poorly managed. There was a lot of turnovers with the front desk, staff members do not introduce themselves, were not properly trained in procedures and despite stopping by multiple times to confirm my move-out details, they had no awareness of my moving out, and ended up charging extra rent. There was frequently overflowing trash and dog poop. The neighborhood nearby is unsafe and often has loud parties going on.Property Manager Responded

Nickel and Dime
October 8, 2020The Ashley nickel and dimed us for every penny we are worth. Do not fall for the $100 "community fee". They had the audacity to charge us .16 cents for one days worth of "trash collection" the day AFTER we turned in our keys. They'll come in and fix your apartment issues while you're a resident there for no charge, but if you don't put in a work request they'll charge you once you move out. Fees left and right and disorganization. Was charged $15 multiple times every month due to a paperwork ...issue caused by the main office. Shotty security that allows teens and college kids to run the pool at all hours of the night. Lots of canceled and half-put-together events. Do NOT recommend.Property Manager Responded
