      My boyfriend and I have been living at the Ashley for almost a full year and it has been such a pleasant experience that we 100% plan on renewing our lease! The complex is clean and very very well maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly and they’re always hosting fun community events to help bring the residents together and offer a fun little treat for everyone!

      I moved into The Ashley about one month ago and could not be happier. The property is very well maintained, the units are beautiful and updated, and all my neighbors are fantastic and respectful of each other. I am so happy made the move!

      I would not recommend a basement apartment. The ceilings aren’t insulated at all. There’s a lot of noise above you. And know, doesn’t do anything about it. So no I don’t recommend this place.

      I have enjoyed my stay at The Ashley Apartments! I relocated to Newnan, GA in April of 2025, from Long Beach, CA. Before I relocated, I did months of online research. Comparing amenities, natural surroundings, age of the property, and location. The Ashley Apartments checked all of the boxes!!! Some of the Office Staff have moved on to other assignments due to promotions. But no matter who has worked in the Office, they have all been very friendly, personable, and helpful!!!       Staff have also been very kind and helpful! If you are looking for a new Apartment Home, in or near this part of Georgia, I strongly suggest that you move The Ashley Apartments to the top of your list!!!
