        The staff at Ashley is fantastic. They’re always friendly and very helpful. Maintenance has always taken care of any issues that we’ve had. It’s a wonderful place to live at.

        I would not recommend a basement apartment. The ceilings aren’t insulated at all. There’s a lot of noise above you. And know, doesn’t do anything about it. So no I don’t recommend this place.

        I have enjoyed my stay at The Ashley Apartments! I relocated to Newnan, GA in April of 2025, from Long Beach, CA. Before I relocated, I did months of online research. Comparing amenities, natural surroundings, age of the property, and location. The Ashley Apartments checked all of the boxes!!! Some of the Office Staff have moved on to other assignments due to promotions. But no matter who has worked in the Office, they have all been very friendly, personable, and helpful!!!         Staff have also been very kind and helpful! If you are looking for a new Apartment Home, in or near this part of Georgia, I strongly suggest that you move The Ashley Apartments to the top of your list!!!

        Although The Ashley was not my first choice, I am glad that I decided to make it my home. Brittany was great from my first tour until move-in. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and she made my move-in a smooth process. I am happy to call this home.
