April 30, 2025**The Ashley Apartments Review** I’ve been living in my carriage home at The Ashley in Newnan, GA, for nearly a year, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The gourmet kitchen and wood-style floors are stunning, and the peaceful vibe is perfect—no noisy neighbors to worry about. The resort-style pool, complete with **gas grills**, is awesome for relaxing or hosting a barbecue, and the 24-hour gym keeps me active. The **fenced-in dog park** is a nice touch for pet owners, and the ...**climate-controlled mailroom** with 24/7 self-service package access is incredibly convenient. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve issues, and the location near Ashley Park makes shopping and dining so easy. My only complaints are the somewhat limited handicapped parking and the lack of a **car wash station**—it’d be great to have one on-site. It’s a bit pricey, but the amenities and charm of my carriage home make it totally worth it!Property Manager Responded
