May 13, 2024Firstly, the location is fantastic! Within walking distance, there are Costco, Walmart, and Vons, which gives me peace of mind that even if my car breaks down, I can manage. There's also a large park nearby, and I don't think there's any other place as wonderful as this in the vicinity of LA. The staff at The Ashton are friendly, and the maintenance team is professional. I am always grateful to JT and Danny. I also like the lodge-style buildings. However, having lived here for over ten years, the ...carpets and floors have become old, and the shower pressure has also deteriorated.Property Manager Responded
