June 12, 2024My stay at this facility has not been a bad experience. The grounds arr relatively clean at the location is wonderful. Is it a bit pricey, absolutely. May 13, 2024Firstly, the location is fantastic! Within walking distance, there are Costco, Walmart, and Vons, which gives me peace of mind that even if my car breaks down, I can manage. There's also a large park nearby, and I don't think there's any other place as wonderful as this in the vicinity of LA. The staff at The Ashton are friendly, and the maintenance team is professional. I am always grateful to JT and Danny. I also like the lodge-style buildings. However, having lived here for over ten years, the ...carpets and floors have become old, and the shower pressure has also deteriorated.Property Manager Responded
