February 28, 2021I am really looking forward to moving in at the beginning of the month .The apartment is great, the building is spotless .the kitchen is modern , the rooms are large ,with plenty of closet space . I was able to find all the amenities I'd been searching for . There is a gym, it contains all the basics to avoid paying a gym membership and have to commute to a gym. Spacious yet cozy!
February 28, 2021I needed more space because of the new WFH world we live in, and the Ashton is perfect. I recently moved into a 2bed here, and it is leaps and bounds better and more affordable than my previous place that I rented at the top of the market in West Chelsea. I needed to have the separation of work and “off-time”, so I converted my second bedroom into my home office. The living room is a really fun layout and accommodates my unique vintage furniture (and the leasing agent is a mid century modern ...fan, so it was fun to imagine myself in the space on the walkthrough before I signed my lease). There’s also a ton of storage here. Biggest bonus: OUTDOOR SPACE. I thought I’d be moving to a suburb for that, but I have a terrace!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

not so welcome
September 24, 2020Had a tour at the property, amenities are ok, tiny gym and terrace. Lady was constantly commenting in a bad way nearby property when i mentioned that i was there touring earlier, kinda not the info i'm looking for. She said will email the floor plan etc, but no email still... Definitely not renting.Review from Apartments.com
