    Lived here for a short period of time, in that time I’ve had 2 bikes stolen. The bikes were locked up and on our own residence. This is not a safe area. When I confronted the management office asking about if there are cameras on our gates or anything all they said was, “we’ve requested for cameras to be on our gates but our corporate office always denies it. You are not the first person to come to us to say your property has been stolen and you won’t be the last person either.” This area is not ...

    This complex boasts management which is second to none. The office managers live on site, respond quickly to service requests, and genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of the residents. Aspens Fairhaven is located centrally in OC and offers easy highway access. The landscaping makes you feel like you're in the middle of a Zen garden, calming streams and well-maintained foilage throughout.     Aspens - Far West Management Corp... Cannot say enough to compliment this organization. I have resided here for 2 1/2 years. The upkeep of the complex is incredible. When repairs are needed, i.e., garbage disposal, done the next business day without any concerns. I truly cannot say enough about this complex. In fact, I am in the process of moving from O.C. CA, to San Bernardino, CA due to a change of venue with the company I work for. I am glad to know that Aspens is also located in the ...

    Convenient, comfortable and Secure location with a tranquil ambience that Pacifies the senses. Wonderful earth tones adorned with an array of eye pleasing trees and plants comingled with running streams provide serenity throughout. All with a great attentive landscape staff that keeps it lush. The only downside is that there is virtually no guest parking and finding parking on the street is often very difficult if not impossible.
