Atrocious Property Management

Unfulfilled promises, overpriced, comes up short
November 14, 2019This apartment building has all the makings of a top notch rehabbed industrial building, and the price tag to come with it. However, we were not made aware of the long construction project currently happening in front of the building that will last a long while to complete. Additionally, parking is managed by a third party, to which they charge a whopping $250/month. You'll want the parking though, as there is a rehabilitation center across the street that puts you near some interesting ...characters when on the street. This area and location will probably be nice in 5 years or so, but as of 2019 I would NOT rent here. Additionally, the heating/HVAC system is not set up for residential units correctly, you're either freezing because it's out, or getting directly blasted with heat to the point that it's tough to be in the room. Whoever put up the walls made them paper thin and not-flush with the ground, noise/light from the neighboring unit frequently comes in. Water and heat have been consistent issues. Again, I highly recommend you do not live in this building at this price point. It's just not worth the price point for the issues you deal with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
