I was expecting the usual stress, tons of paperwork, confusion, and last minute issues, but it really was not like that. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt organized and simple. I always knew what the next step was, and there were no surprises. That alone made the experience so much better. When I opened the door to my apartment for the first time, I could ...tell it had actually been prepared for me. It was clean, smelled fresh, and did not have that rushed turnover feeling some places have. The appliances looked great, the paint was clean, and everything worked the way it should. It truly felt move in ready. Since being here, it has been quiet and comfortable. The property is well kept, and it feels like things are taken care of. Moving is never fun, but this was about as smooth as it could be. Moving is usually stressful, but it honestly didn’t feel that way here. Danielle, the manager, is just genuinely nice. Even came out to greet me during my move-in. Jared is super chill and easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve had a random question or needed help with something small, he’s been quick to respond and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. And Joseph made the whole leasing process way ...less intimidating than I thought it would be. He explained everything in normal language, answered all my questions, and was just really patient the whole time. The property itself is clean and pretty quiet, which I love. Maintenance has been fast when I needed them, and overall it just feels comfortable here. It doesn’t feel chaotic or neglected — it feels taken care of. We have to dodge poop and pee on a regular basis in the passage way or stairs. Poop seems to be present in grass around the apartment at all times.Property Manager Responded
