October 28, 2025My credit check and background check is always excellent. But still my application was conditional approved for invalid reason - because my SSN was created after 2011, and this reason doesn't make sense. I lived in USA since 2016 and lived in 4 different states, and my applications were always standard approved. Due to which my Rhino premium shot up, and I opted for hefty security deposit. Jared, the leasing agent, made the move-in process a breeze and was so helpful with all my questions. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. August 30, 2025Going on year two and it’s been pleasant. That said, I’ve noticed upkeep has gone down in quality a bit. Front door walkways/hallways are pretty dirty. Seems like the gates always broken. New neighbors seem to have gone down in quality also. Starting to have to pick up after people’s dogs and deal with folks smoking. It wasn’t always like this. Hopefully they work on this. It would be sad it they let it get out of hand. Don’t let that dissuade anything it isn’t a complete mess- just compared to ...what it was before it’s definitely gone down in quality.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the gate, we understand the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. A new exit gate has been ordered after the current one was damaged, and we are now awaiting installation. As for the cleanliness of the walkways and breezeways, we’ve been pressure washing them regularly, as you may have noticed, and will continue doing so to maintain the appearance of the community. We’ve also addressed the pet waste issue by sending multiple reminders to pet owners, and we’re monitoring the situation closely to ensure everyone follows community guidelines.
