October 15, 2025As a whole, the apartment is clean and lovable, but the noise outside and inside could be bigger than expected. The customer service from the concierge and leasing management is pretty good. But I discovered some spikes on the edges of carpets in rooms. Whenever I step on the parts, it hurt my feet pretty hard. I want it to be repaired as soon as possible.Property Manager Responded
