March 4, 2026We enjoy living here. I do agree, the garage doors are frequently left open, but perhaps this can be managed better. There are some doors that could be handicap accessible. February 18, 2026Leasing official is kind but I need to chase them.. to get the work done. Not sure who's paying. I am paying to chasing the staff. No guidance on the rent payment until the moving date.. I had to pay extra fee to get access to my apartment. My delivery is missing at the concierge. Even though there is security, theif comes in :) very fun. Front door broke and left without lock for more than a month. Garage door is broken and left withough lock for like 2 months. Not sure what kind of apartment ...it is.Property Manager Responded

February 8, 2026It has been a truly great experience so far. The environment is very peaceful and welcoming, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything is well organized, and the amenities are always clean, well maintained, and easily accessible. I especially love the beautiful views, as well as the sunsets and sunrises—they add a special sense of calm and inspiration to each day. I really appreciate how quiet and serene the surroundings are, creating a comfortable space to rest, study, and unwind ...after busy days. December 17, 2025The issue isn't that management is bad, but rather that people aren't listening to them. This is problematic because some residents are taking advantage of the lack of enforcement and doing whatever they want, disregarding the rights of others. December 17, 2025Garage doors have been an issue and is unsafe. If the doors are wide open anyone has access to the Astrid and can get in go anywhere. Very unsafeProperty Manager Responded
