Thank goodness I found The Atherton’s name repeatedly in great reviews regarding apartment in Manteca. We were moving our 23-year-old son to California in just a few days. Laura miraculously helped us focus on our short list of priorities of safety, access to freeways, great amenities, and fantastic walking location to activities. Traveling from Florida, sight unseen, she helped us pick the perfect place and even gave us a video tour. She also had great recommendations for movers and ...

Don't let the reviews scare you into not giving this apartment complex a chance!!! It is so luxurious, I'm in awe! The staff here is very genuine. Marisela the Leasing Agent, went above and beyond to make sure this was a good fit for me! She was very attentive and made sure all my needs were met. All the amenities are amazing. My dog loves the large dog park and pet wash. I'm happy to call The Atherton Apartments home!!

Talk to the locals. The complex is built with cheap materials to rent fast. All units are hollow, no soundproof 0, insulation The complex is considered the projects #2 by the locals. Renters do not last, unless they have nowhere to go. It is not family oriented. Adults smoke pot in front of children, always near balconies, and patios. Second hand smoke, nobody cares at this complex. The manager is incompetent, unprofessional, uneducated, and does not follow the lease.

My daughter loves the clubhouse area where she is able to study and get her homework done!! Moved in 3 months ago and started with a 3 month lease. Just renewed for a year as this place exceeded my expectations. Thankful to rent at another garibaldi property! I live in a two bedroom on the first floor and have no issue with noise. Some people are more sensitive than others I guess! I highly recommend this apartment though.

i have been living here since april and the apartments are made so cheap that you can hear every noise upstairs or downstairs , toilets flushing, washing clothes, or opening doors. the walls are super thin and if you get something on them forget about cleaning it because the paint comes right off. Management is horrible they literally enter your apartment when they feel like it . the rooms are stated to be big and thats a lie. I have walls that weren’t completely sealed and now have bug issues constantly. i also had an issue with a visitor of mine that had a dog they were walking and that dog had an issue with another dog on the property and i am now being held responsible even though it was not my dog . Being held responsible for my visitor . Poor service all around . My car has been scratched numerous times due to small parking spots and unassigned parking . we are paying good money to live here and everything is so cheap .

We are living in these apartments from 2 month now and the downstair people daily complaining that the music is loud and they still complain when we are not at home. The guy lives Downstairs he turn his music too high level and we Just ignore it we don’t complain about the noise.
I called to the leasing office about it and she didn’t listen to me and she said you frustrating me when i tried to talk she just speak and disconnect the call. That’s not a right way to provide a customer service .

noise come because the walls are so thin and the floor is like a thick paper all walls are like so thin and like a cheapest apartment in Manteca and the service of these apartments is zero if you call for a service they will come and repair it after a month no assigned parking.
The apartment policy is you can’t turn your music high level after 10:00 Pm to 9:00 Am. But they call at afternoon that the noise complain is comes from your unit . Really
Every time they text you have complains come so stop noise complaints by making your apartment with some better materials don’t make is too cheapest and thin people have to walk in the unit .like you say walking noise is come from your unit because the floor is so thin.
We pay you as other people’s pay the rent and everything . We are not getting any discount and not living in your apartment without paying rent .
Please understand the thing YOU CANNOT CLAP WITH ONE HAND .
