Loved my tour at Bridgemill Apartments
April 23, 2025Wonderful atmosphere the staff was incredible very professional. Teegan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made things so easy made you feel right at home. The property is maintained beautifully. The pool area looks incredible and looks like it would be a great place for the summer for my kids. I love the fact that it’s a gated community. Everybody was so polite and respectful and it’s just a wonderful feeling to have in a community. Teegan also told me about the social gathering that ...they put together for the community. I cannot wait to move there in the future once my other lease is up. I highly recommend this property and will refer it out to all of my friends that are looking for a wonderful place to live. If you want to move out of your apartment at the end of your lease, leave it clean with normal wear and tear and still end up owing the property for a bunch of over priced "damages" and crazy fees. then Atlantic BridgeMill is the ...place that you have been dreaming of. Every person I know that has moved out has been charged crazy fees like $500 cleaning fee even if you leave it clean. If they see one speck of dust it's an automatic cleaning fee of $500. The maintenance staff said you may as well not even clean it because if they have to wipe a door knob or see any little thing at all it's an automatic $500 fee. The manager is a real piece of work. He refuses to give rental history out until you pay his exorbitant fees in full. Think about how that one will end up messing you up when you do try to move. He is condescending and disrespectful and acts like he manages the White House not a less than average apartment community in Canton, GA.Property Manager Responded

Works for me
April 11, 2017I have lived here for 2 years and the new management has made some major changes. Neighbors are quiet and my apartment works for me. The new management seems nice and them manager is helpful. I had a large package that needed to be delivered when I wasn't going to be home and they helped me out by having it delivered and then dropping it off at my apartment.Property Manager Responded

Very Quiet!
September 23, 2015The complex is super quiet and my neighbors are friendly. All of my neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear them unless I'm walking to my car. They need to do a better job of keeping the siding on the sides of the buildings clean but other than I'm having a good experience. I have only been here for two months so I know that this could all change. But so far so good!Review from Apartments.com
