Great Place to Live

I have lived at Atlantic Bridgemill for 3 years now and Love my home. Staff is responsive and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet. Stores and restaurants are close. Great Choice.

Wonderful atmosphere the staff was incredible very professional. Teegan was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made things so easy made you feel right at home. The property is maintained beautifully. The pool area looks incredible and looks like it would be a great place for the summer for my kids. I love the fact that it’s a gated community. The staff in the office and maintenance are always friendly and take care of any needs. The new amenity area is very nice and feels open. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area.

Awesome Place to Live

Management really makes this place what is. We had some issues earlier this year that were addressed and taken care of in a manner that exceeded all of our expectations. If you are looking to live in a community that is managed by a group of condescending, uncaring, money hungry individuals then this is the place for you. If you enjoy being talked down to by people who think they are way better than you. then you are in the right place. If you want to move out of your apartment at the end of your lease, leave it clean with normal wear and tear and still end up owing the property for a bunch of over priced "damages" and crazy fees. then Atlantic BridgeMill is the ...
place that you have been dreaming of. Every person I know that has moved out has been charged crazy fees like $500 cleaning fee even if you leave it clean. If they see one speck of dust it's an automatic cleaning fee of $500. The maintenance staff said you may as well not even clean it because if they have to wipe a door knob or see any little thing at all it's an automatic $500 fee. The manager is a real piece of work. He refuses to give rental history out until you pay his exorbitant fees in full. Think about how that one will end up messing you up when you do try to move. He is condescending and disrespectful and acts like he manages the White House not a less than average apartment community in Canton, GA.

I have lived here for 2 years and the new management has made some major changes. Neighbors are quiet and my apartment works for me. The new management seems nice and them manager is helpful. I had a large package that needed to be delivered when I wasn't going to be home and they helped me out by having it delivered and then dropping it off at my apartment.

I was excited to see the new game room but I heard it closes when the office closes? 5 o'clock on a Saturday? But the gym and laundry mat is open 24 hours? they want u to be miserable lol

The complex is super quiet and my neighbors are friendly. All of my neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear them unless I'm walking to my car. They need to do a better job of keeping the siding on the sides of the buildings clean but other than I'm having a good experience. I have only been here for two months so I know that this could all change. But so far so good!
