She made things so easy made you feel right at home. The property is maintained beautifully. The pool area looks incredible and looks like it would be a great place for the summer for my kids. I love the fact that it’s a gated community. Everybody was so polite and respectful and it’s just a wonderful feeling to have in a community. Teegan also told me about the social gathering that ...they put together for the community. I cannot wait to move there in the future once my other lease is up. Every person I know that has moved out has been charged crazy fees like $500 cleaning fee even if you leave it clean. If they see one speck of dust it's an automatic cleaning fee of $500. The maintenance staff said you may as well not even clean it because if they have to wipe a door knob or see any little thing at all it's an automatic $500 fee. The manager is a real piece of work. He refuses to give rental history out until you pay his exorbitant fees in full. Think about how that one will end up messing you up when you do try to move. The new management seems nice and them manager is helpful. I had a large package that needed to be delivered when I wasn't going to be home and they helped me out by having it delivered and then dropping it off at my apartment.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe complex is super quiet and my neighbors are friendly. All of my neighbors are friendly and I rarely hear them unless I'm walking to my car. They need to do a better job of keeping the siding on the sides of the buildings clean but other than I'm having a good experience. I have only been here for two months so I know that this could all change. But so far so good!
