The worse part about the time living here was by far the speed bumps. Any dirrection i went, on the less than a quarter mile way to my apartment from the front entrance, there was a minimum of 6 speed bumps. and terrible made ones. not to mention the pot hole in adition another problem was the gate. the thing was constantly broken leading to repetative traffic jams.
The staff is polite but hard to work with. We had to make an edit to the lease and it took them almost 6 months to make this ...
change. They would constantly forget what they had been asked to do and tell us the task was waiting on us to do something, when it was in fact them. The move out was also a difficult process as when i had questions instead of reading and responding they sent me a chat GPT response and were too lazy to write a 3 sentence email themselves.
